this is a yoga class for moms with crawling babies. we will form a circle around the babies while they parallel play with one another in the middle of the circle with toys (please bring SOFT toys to share).
babies will have the opportunity to explore their surroundings, other moms and babies, and YOU as you move through yoga poses to strengthen and energize yourself. babies will "become" a part of the yoga poses by crawling around you and underneath you as you move. 10 minutes will be set aside for play time which will include flying baby pose. you are welcome to bring snacks and drinks for your baby if you help to clean up after class.
