join anne thiel for a weekend-long prenatal yoga teacher training. together, we will brainstorm about what it means to teach prenatal yoga, learn about anatomical and physiological particularities of pregnancy and discuss how they pertain to yoga and their implications for a prenatal yoga class. we will consider the elements of a well-rounded prenatal yoga class and also explore how yoga can be an invaluable support tool for the process of labor and childbirth.
anne was trained as a midwife in germany. she is a certified prenatal yoga instructor and has been teaching prenatal yoga for several years
this training is great for level 1 or level 2 teacher training graduates but is open to those without prior teaching experience as well. friday, july 25 6:30-9:30pm and saturday july 26 2:30pm-9:30pm. cost $275.00.
